Easy Asparagus Frittata

1 Bunch Fresh Asparagus

1 Onion

1 Dozen Sauder's Eggs

Salt & Pepper to taste

Cheese (optional)

 

Prepare asparagus by cooking. Next, cut off asparagus tips. Chop medium size onion into small pieces.

Next, beat eggs, add salt and pepper to taste, add asparagus tips and onion pieces to egg mixture.

Pour egg mixture into skillet and put in oven to bake at 300 degrees. Bake until puffy.

Sprinkle with a little cheese if desired.
