Gather to make memories and support your local farmers. Our family-owned and operated company began with a single location in Brownstown, PA. Since our humble beginnings in the 1930s, Sauder’s Eggs has grown to become one of the nation’s foremost egg wholesaling organizations with five egg facilities. With locations in multiple states, we continually seek ways to connect with our neighbors and share our passions.
We work as an extension of many family farms, and our partnerships often extend over several generations. We maintain our long-lasting relationships through exceptional communication and community engagement. Find opportunities to connect with us and share nature’s perfect food.
We love to honor our communities and bring people together during holidays. Over the years, we’ve attended various events, from Wingstock’s Buffalo Hot Egg eating contest to Lititz’s 250th birthday celebration. We’ve participated in PA’s 100th Annual Farm Show, and we’ve handed out roses to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Mark your calendars for these seasonal and annual occasions — our team would love it if you could stop by to say hello and support local organizations.
Around the Easter holiday, we host our Sauder’s Egg community event to raise funds for volunteer fire companies. The annual road race features a 5K walk, a five-mile run. After the race, participants typically enjoy omelets for breakfast. The top winners receive cash prizes and unique egg treats.
The Pennsylvania Farm Show is a staple in our calendar, bringing the best of the farm to the city of Harrisburg. Sauder’s Eggs is proud to be a part of this annual tradition, offering visitors a taste of local quality through our various egg displays and community outreach. We invite you to join us at the show to celebrate the hard work of our Pennsylvania farmers and the community that supports them.
Our company is committed to supporting local charities and nonprofit organizations. We previously partnered with ISE America to make a joint donation of 540,000 eggs to Feeding America, formerly known as America’s Second Harvest. The national hunger-relief organization operates a network of food banks to help combat hunger in the United States.
Previously, we donated over 280,000 eggs to help feed families across Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. Our donation helped support more than 73,000 people affected by government shutdowns and the loss of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits.
At Sauder’s, giving back is a shared commitment across our organization. Our CEO and owner, Mark Sauder, serves on the Board of the Foundation for Lancaster County Career and Technology Centers, reflecting our broader support of their mission to provide resources, improve lives, and help build meaningful careers throughout our community.
