Gather to make memories and support your local farmers. Our family-owned and operated company began with a single location in Brownstown, PA. Since our humble beginnings in the 1930s, Sauder’s Eggs has grown to become one of the nation’s foremost egg wholesaling organizations with five egg facilities. With locations in multiple states, we continually seek ways to connect with our neighbors and share our passions.
We work as an extension of many family farms, and our partnerships often extend over several generations. We maintain our long-lasting relationships through exceptional communication and community engagement. Find opportunities to connect with us and share nature’s perfect food.
We love to honor our communities and bring people together during holidays. Over the years, we’ve attended various events, from Wingstock’s Buffalo Hot Egg eating contest to Lititz’s 250th birthday celebration. We’ve participated in PA’s 100th Annual Farm Show, and we’ve handed out roses to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Mark your calendars for these seasonal and annual occasions — our team would love it if you could stop by to say hello and support local organizations.
Around the Easter holiday, we host our Sauder’s Egg community event to raise funds for volunteer fire companies. The annual road race features a 5K walk, a five-mile run. After the race, participants typically enjoy omelets for breakfast. The top winners receive cash prizes and unique egg treats, like a jar of “Buffalo eggs.”
We’re proud to participate in the annual Make-A-Wish Mother’s Day Truck Convoy in Pennsylvania. Inspired by a child’s wish to talk to his sister on the radio from inside a big rig, the fundraising event features a parade with hundreds of trucks. Community members and truck drivers gather for a “Family Fest” with entertainment, games, and food. There’s a raffle and a ceremony for “wish angels,” or children who have been granted wishes. The proceeds help grant more life-changing wishes for kids.
Our company is committed to supporting local charities and nonprofit organizations. We previously partnered with ISE America to make a joint donation of 540,000 eggs to Feeding America, formerly known as America’s Second Harvest. The national hunger-relief organization operates a network of food banks to help combat hunger in the United States.
Previously, we donated over 280,000 eggs to help feed families across Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. Our donation helped support more than 73,000 people affected by government shutdowns and the loss of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits.
